ArvinMeritor’s Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket Receives Supplier Excellence Awards from Volvo and Mack
FLORENCE, Ky., (August 8, 2003) — ArvinMeritor, Inc. (NYSE:ARM) announced that its Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket (CVA) group received two awards for supplier excellence in 2002. Volvo Trucks North America, Inc. and Mack Trucks, Inc. honored CVA with a Partnership Plus – Aftermarket Supplier of the Year award for the U.S. and Canada. In addition, Volvo Trucks de Mexico presented the group with a Best Vendor award.
The annual awards recognize suppliers that demonstrate exceptional performance in sales, promotion and field support. Recipients are selected based on their ability to help grow Volvo’s and Mack’s parts business and bring products to market. This is the second time ArvinMeritor has received these awards.
