Meritor® Remanufactured Brake Shoes Standard in International® Parts Distribution Centers
EAST LIBERTY, Ohio (Dec. 13,
2002) — ArvinMeritor Commercial
Vehicle Aftermarket today announced that it has been awarded a multi-year supply
contract for its Meritor® remanufactured brake shoes to be standard in
International Truck and Engine Corporation Parts Distribution Centers (PDCs)
across the United States.
The initial order placed was for over $1 million in
product, which will give all International dealers across the country the full
complement of Meritor’s remanufactured brakes portfolio. This portfolio
offers more than 300 remanufactured shoes and 250 remanufactured kits that cover
nearly 90 different brake types and sizes with 12 separate Meritor friction
materials and are available for virtually every heavy-duty brake
application.
