Queretaro Facility Receives the Nissan 2003 Quality Master Award

The ArvinMeritor facility in Queretaro, Mexico, received the Nissan 2003 Quality Master Award on June 1, 2004. The award is presented to suppliers who have achieved a rating of quality excellence during evaluations from Nissan Mexico’s Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Quality, Production Control and Purchasing divisions. The Queretaro facility, which manufactures roof and door systems, has earned this award twice in the past three years. In a letter to the plant, Nissan Mexico’s Corporate Quality Assurance Director, Hideaki Sato, praised ArvinMeritor’s commitment to quality and continuous improvement, as well as its efforts in helping to promote the Nissan brand’s reputation with quality products.
